Water resources Department is Govt. organization ,selection of employee through m.p. PSC ,All the natural river,Dam,Canal,irrigation system comes under for construction,maintenance and operation it was one of the best opportunity for civil engineer if do like to work in Rural Sector ,and loves nature ,, now orthodox planning ,rules,regulation ,of department spoiling carrier of their employee in modern age ,,their thinking based on 1958 concept ,,in 2020 almost third generation will get retired ,,,opportunity to youth would be in department ..

poor thinking not accepting modern technology,,and concept of management ,,very eager to exploit carrier of others

Engineer can learn & execute all nature of works i.e. construction of dam.canals,major lift irrigation projects,all type of structures etc. Work may be small or large.ALL Work are team work.Now salary is very good.
