I like the most is this organisation welcomes all freshers engineers and give training as per thair requirements and improves employee's practical skills and familiar atmosphere at office that I like the most at my work time.

I most dislike in this organisation is no salary growth given as per given work and responsibility only you can learn from this organisation but cant earn as per your ability

Best place to take experience of Govt Culture, but as a contractual employee Job security is not by the way all other things is good.

Multi faceted learning opportunities about water supply sector. Good interaction with village population gives an insight about rural industries.

Very little to zero appreciation of good work, top administration isn't concerned about the people working hard to achieve goals..... instead they focus only on numbers while ignoring the work force working to achieve it.....

Water and sanitation management is a one type of government organisation and all employ are in contractual basis but renewal of 11 month contract prieodly and salary increment is not good but management of work is good

Water and sanitation management is one type of government organisation it's a 11 month contractual job all.employ in wasmo is contractual and salary increment is less and as pr work salary also less as per my openion no other facility to provide also not cutting PF also in salary
