Very bad work culture dominating team members... Reporting manager not having leadership quality... Biased nature towards team.. even the manager is scared of some tapori team member .. bhaigiri is going on in team instead of work

The people and HR activities are the only positives.

Dislikes

...al well being of employees - Expected to work full-time even when under illness. Leaves are deducted incase of late arrival - no warning, no half day pay cut. Pathetic appraisals, no acknowledgement of good work. False appraisal promises are made in order to retain. Employees are made to work in a factory environment with multiple roles not entailed in the job description/promise. Hiring model focuses on roping in unsuspecting Freshers, and working them to the bone until they are frustrated and eventually quit. If one complains to the HR about how they are stressed out with the work-life imbalance/low pay, they're asked to quit. A lot of number fudging in order to please clients and win undeserving awards. Immense amount of politics. The only thing they do well, is PR.

The company stood by us in the tough times and was very much inclined towards employee benefits. Have got a lot opportunities to upscale myself at WAT

Dislikes

There's honestly nothing to dislike about the place except the very top management just needs to overlook the operational/regional heads and their functioning

I liked the part of ideating a concept and watch it go out into the world

Dislikes

Work hours. As an intern I got paid very less but was expected to work a lot more than the full time employees. I had to work on Saturdays and Sundays on "urgent" work when it really wasn't that urgent. It only became a priority because my supervisor forgot to do that task and it got pawned off to me on a weekend. My supervisor thought I didn't work because I logged out "early" when I actually worked over the set log out time. The copywriters never do their job. They just make you do everything.

Nothing great as such about the company. Could have been better if managed well by the higher management.

Dislikes

zero work life balance. No resources support. Hostile environment and to a large extent there is harassment that happens with the work of clients and company itself.
