All the reviews are fake. Only pros I can think of is salary on time. Do not join this in any case. This is a telecalling company not an IT company. You will be be insulted, overworked , sometimes till 2am , even you will have to work on weekends also. There is no process which they follow, they give tasks orally, Lol. Management is clueless. You can ask previous employees of the company if you need more details.

...at or have tea breaks nor do they allow work from home Leaves are not approved. If you are late for more than 3-4 times a month your salary is deducted. Call center type culture where everyone is forced to do sales If you leave even 1 minute before they will tag it as a half day They make u work 56 hrs a week (9 hrs per day and 6 days a week)

Excellent work exposure. Lots to learn. Salary on time. Less time to go on bench as there are lot of projects to work on. Great exposure to work on developed project. Experienced managers with good support . Overall it has been a great experience

... as well as the way of relaxing the employees every Friday by putting Fun Games. Also the Salary cycle is proper and on time.

The Points at which company needs to improve are: 1. Timely Increments and promotions. 2. Morning Breakfast and Evening Snack time should be given. 3. The Location for the Job is way too far from Station. 4. Working on Saturday. 5. Wok from Office is compulsory but the work can be done from home.
