Never Join this company. HR managers are treated like a Telecaller. Too much micromanagement and unnecessary Salary deductions. A fraud company that does not values their employees and customers

...at or have tea breaks nor do they allow work from home Leaves are not approved. If you are late for more than 3-4 times a month your salary is deducted. Call center type culture where everyone is forced to do sales If you leave even 1 minute before they will tag it as a half day They make u work 56 hrs a week (9 hrs per day and 6 days a week)

I don't find any cons in the company. All is good.

Excellent work exposure. Lots to learn. Salary on time. Less time to go on bench as there are lot of projects to work on. Great exposure to work on developed project. Experienced managers with good support . Overall it has been a great experience
