... culture, management has double face, good in meeting & cunning behind the back. Freshers are Laid off immediately without notice & compensation. Also they ask for money if freshers wants to leave minimum of 1 lakh rupees & certificate cost. Too much politics. They don't care about employees life. You'll be terminated immediately if you are not in billable project. And if you are not in billable project then you'll not have work from home facility. You must come to Bangalore no matter where are you. Orelse you'll be laid off. If you are in project you'll can have work from home facility. Wow how fair is that? Project manager will not assign the project and it is your fault. If you or your family is hospitalized, you should work on weekends also. You should all work in this which is good but it becomes to much burden. Make videos work in 4-5 projects, train freshers, help everybody take interviews 2 per day 2hrs & do extra activities and you'll get same pay and some appreciation just to work harder & treat you like slav*s at workplace. Billing work is priority and leave policy wow unlimited holidays but not govt holiday and minimum 160 hrs billing should be provided like take 15 days leave and work 20hrs for next 15 days. Training n interviewing n connecting with people is not billable hours And if you want one day leave apply 4 working days before. Manager will be behind your back if there is demo tomorrow and one month they wasted time in planning n pricing but want to complete 1 month project in 1 week. No proper testing. If it is working then go live. If it break then it is change request. They change rules whenever they need. You should beg for everything.

There is no hierarchy, everyone including the leadership is approachable and treat you like a colleague. The work culture is open, supportive, and full of learning opportunities. Deadlines are reasonable, help is always available, and there's no cubicle like monotony. Regular events, like ALL HANDS, keep things fun and engaging. Being a Warpster isn't just about work, it's about growth, connections, and enjoying what you do in a stress free environment.

Dislikes

WarpDrive's unlimited leave policy sounds great, but national holidays and festivals should be designated off days. Applying for leave on these occasions feels unnecessary, especially when teammates choose to work, creating a sense of guilt for taking a rightful break.

Likes

I've loved how as an organisation, WarpDrive is able to win popular logos in India. Having worked with some of the key projects with such popular companies, the exposure I've got is amazing! I've also seen how people grew from being freshers to kickass Developers, BAs, PMs, etc. Most exciting part of the job is that everyone will have some opportunity or the other to work with the founders, which I feel is a great experience in itself!

Dislikes

I can't think of something that I dislike which is serious enough to go into a review like this. Of course there are challenges with some policies here & there - as is the case in every organisation. However, most of these issues get addressed quite soon as you work with the team (including founders).

The experience and exposure one gets in this organisation is a dream to many. One of my favourite quote from our CEO is ' Make as many mistakes as possible, but dont repeat any twice, because its ignorance that made you repeat the same'
