Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

... an permanent employee. They are tied up to with vendors like Iec,prog, infra... These consultant will take the interview and will take our half of our salary . The workers who works in intellectual, Progressive are just a contractors like there are not permanent. Its a scam happening where not informing the employees that they will be interviewing by consultant based contractors and will provide the profile to wbd for half of salary like 6 lpa total and 3 lpa for employment. Need some quick action to be taken on this.

No work life balance 12-14 work hours (unofficially) Pleasing US leadership culture rather taking right decisions Way too politics and favouritism. Culture of hiring known employees from previous firm and working in group. Ouster person not valued. No career growth and promotion may take years and 10-15 people involved in you promotion in case if it happens to whom you might not even worked with.

The only disadvantage that this company has is because of the merger between Warner bros and discovery there are lot of changes happening in the company so there is no job security as anything can happen anytime.
