Salary will came in time. Ours area sales manager was very polite and friendly and awesome. Upper management was not good.

Vyom electronic products have no quality. Very very late in dispatching the Product. Joy e bikes are average but little bit more prising. No proper support to there customers.

...to cheat the customers. This company is about to shut down in short time period. Company is not able to pay salary since last 2-3 months. Lady director asked to employees to resign other wise they will be terminated. At all general meeting, this company conduct meeting with fake persons. They ask employees to join meeting on behalf of share holders. Company directors have no ethics while conducting business. The owner of this company is useless and without life ethics. Most corrupt person in this company. Lady director is fully nonsense, idiot and arrogant. She has no sense of how to speak with employees. All in one she is a useless person in this company. Both directors are day dreamers. CFO of this company, is always busy in fluttering with girls of his team. He always try to represent fake financials with window dressing. He has no time management. He always ask employees to stay till mid night. Because during entire day he is busy in flirting with his girlfriend in his team. He has some favourites and he is fully dedicated to them only. He is not able to take responsibility. Always denied to take position from the front. In this 3rd quarter financial. Company show false information. These financials are fake and somebody has to report such unethical practices to SEBI and CBDT and CBIT. GST department must evaluate each and every sales invoice of this company with Every eway bill and each vehicle number mentioned in respective eway bill. This company shows fake sals in each and every quarter. All in all do not join this organisation.

Really good company to work with irrespective of fresher or experience personals. Great work environment really supportive leaders and staff and management of company is great. Company management really looks after there employees and gives lots of benefits and good culture. Anyone with desire to learn can gain a lot from here and even all senior are also very helpful and supportive in your learning and progress. In short really great firm to work for many years.
