"Don't Join this Company", this Company your work main motto is Creating a Mini or Super Distributor then Sale this Product in Market without any support, if the Product not liquid in Market then distributor and also u responsible not Company (no Return policy)they told you and distributor 90 days return . Under Company Policy Upper Level Officer are not solved this issue. In few days later Your ZSM and RSM Told you create a new distributor in Same area... This is Company Policy ....

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Nothing to be liked except a good offer letter with lots of benefits printed over that.

Dislikes

...s, only the thing you will learn i.e. buttering. Good Place for butter appliers. Salary not on time, Travel Expense not on time. Only you will see a big pictures that you will never achieve because Management member are only big by their names due to previous brand they worked. They are not equipped with skills. Only promotion and by large events you can't achieve the goals. The person who doesn't getting a job can apply here to just find a new one. Rest its a empty jar. Not equipped with good culture. Even after my resignation they have not given my pending salary till date.

Dislikes

This company have fraud with his employees and distributors. He didn't give 8 months salaries if his employees. And 1 cr stock of kits are useless of his distributors. Dont trust this company.
