Honestly, it's difficult to point out any real positives from my time here. Perhaps the only advantage is that it gives you a clear picture of what kind of workplaces to avoid in the future.

...pment opportunities. You do the same repetitive tasks with no skill enhancement. Unfair Compensation: Salaries are well below industry standards, with no transparency in hikes or bonuses. Lack of Basic Facilities: Even fundamental infrastructure and resources required to do your job efficiently are missing. HR Is Unresponsive: HR exists only on paper. No resolution to grievances, no employee support. High Attrition: People are constantly quitting, and there’s no effort to understand why.

Low salary doesn't matter what's your post you will be assigned for everything, i was working as an E-commerce Excutive but in this company I worked in graphic design and handling many online platforms like hell . Company owner abuse and doesn't have manners. He will treate you like an slave with 0 % increment. In my case I was handling this all responsibility with only 15 thousand salary like an slave

The company's owner is very rude, use abusive language with the employees, treat employees like labor, working hours is like 11-12 hours long where you will get only 9 hr of salary, no proper management, no hr guidelines, you can be throw out any time. If you are going to work here you will just end up stressed and no experience.

There is no any professional management. No HR management. Even our basic needs were not met. Also, you'll face a lot of consequences after joining. No values of words, no increment after promised. I did my extra efforts which was not included in my profile but there no increment.
