1-Salary is on time, financially strong house. 2-Brand like Drotin, Urispas, Martifur are well known to the Dr & Chemist. 3-Sale volume is high. 4-CTC, Allowances are standard for Managers. All the Poeple are getting good salary and deserving the same as per their capability and mindset. 5-Most of the Seniors & Teammates are very old and respecting to each other. Talking & helping to the new Joinees very respectfully.

...y are blocked in their own different zone, Out of the industry thought & Ideas. 5-Best house for someone who wants to get average amount of salary on time, Don't wants to Do, Add or learn any thing new, forget about increment & carrier growth, and with lots of lifting(Buttering).

Not increment no career growth, their allowance are of 1947 era and always deduction of our hard earned money no insurance for employees

Company not maintain the stock as per Market Demand, Compensation is very less, There is no Confirmation,no increments even on 100% achievement of Budget, there is no job security, company will not bother about employees and not give value, HR people is very very poor, they are not at all response to employees

The worst company i have ever seen. No wotking culture no any product promotion strategy, Just politics only... Old brands are running by there name.... Without any reason management terminate their employees, after nobody will give any response. No final settlement..... So just say in one line, dont spoil your career for this company.

...ll kick you whenever they dont need you. Just like GUNDAGARDI. No any increment. To much Less salary in industry with lits of official work. No confirmation.
