...2 hours. Sometimes need to work more or need to stay office until its completed. Salary is very less, very very less. Using Old technologies, so no growth for future.

...s by doing performance appraisal and then after analysis ,Increments are done. Compare to other Regarding salary Walstar is punctual after having 250+ employees than too they don't delay the date of payment. Looking forward for bright future with Walstar Technologies .

I have not seen anything which can be disliked .Every thing is so well managed ,at the time of Induction the HR Team gives all detailed information about policy's ,Work culture, Leaves, Timings ,and other things ,that's the best thing I have ever seen .

... much knowledge and basic ethics on how to talk. They want robots, not humans. very less salary, more than 10 hrs working

more valuable person in my duration is dhiraj sir manager but over all head department like hr junior manager this are the worths experience.

...kload like target base २. Need to give almost ११ to १५ to work ३. According to working hour salary not possible to satisfy वेटर salary more than our salary 4. Not tech exactly how to deal with work. Mostly need to done yourself 5. Not proper guided 6. No Job security.

...ek now at 2024 the working culture is slightly good compared when I was working. In hand Salary: Very Low salary 7k for freshers and upto 13-14k for 2 years of experience, and above it like 4 years not more than 26k
