The ambience great collaboration with teaching staff

Working at WHS gave me a chance to interact with students. The students were good at absorbing matter taught. I used anecdotes and news items during my lectures which made my class interesting. Narrating stories about great inventors like Steve Jobs highlighted my teaching and often students of other classes wanted to attend my classes. I was the chairperson of the debate club which gave me an opportunity to teach my students to learn to respect each other's point of view. We learned together to research and come for debates to make it more realistic and exciting. I compered annual Awards Day and saw the way the students took pains to deliver their best to the audience. One can only experience the joy of a teacher by stepping into the shoes of a teacher. There is no joy in any other profession because as teachers we shape the minds of future leaders of the nation and doctors, lawyers and every other profession. Indeed teaching is a noble profession. Lot of politics and also management needs to appointment new principal. She is too old in her 70's and not capable of running the school. Management is failing to see. Please do not reveal my name. Teachers get lot of time to gossip and party in the staff room. Teachers do not undergo any sort of training related to their subject or personal growth. Very rude and arrogant behavior of principal towards teacher and disrespects teacher. Principal needs to undergo training
