The work culture is the only thing that some one could like. Specially the evening snacks. Rest there is not much good about the company and the team.

Dislikes

Lots and lots of politics and favouritism. Your work is never appreciated. Heads are the one who takes your work credit. zero moral support. No career growth. Job is insecure. One can only sustain by licking bosses shoes and bitching about other team members. It's a gossip company. Especially in creative team. Unfortunately the Owner enjoys such thing and support such people. No clear communication amongst the team. Each one thinks that they are best and knows their job better. Join only if you don't have any other option. Walnut should be the last company to work with.
