Although it varies from team to team, in general there is work life balance, and the work culture is good. The usual standard facilities like food at the office, and cab services are available. Promotions after IN3/4 are usually slow. Compared to other Tier 1 tech companies, the compensation is generally a bit lesser. The primary goal isn't Engineering Excellence but tech is more of a retail-enabler.
