There is nothing to like being in this organisation. There is no job security. Upper management is full of call center people, who likes to poke in other persons personal stuff. The rules and regulations don't apply to them. If they don't like your face they will simply fire you.

Managers are like corrupt politicians in this company. Arrogance, racism and partiality is very common here, people from Chennai hate everyone who is from outside and exploit them..

During COVID-19 there were no salary deduction and appraisal & Promotion was done as planned there determent factor was there

Compensation & salary hike during appraisal was a challenge but it is just my experience can't say about any one else.

Opportunities at work are such that learning is vast. Also, the company is a good paymaster and year on year appraisals are fulfilling, if you perform well.

Very low salary according to the work.. And promotion is also too late.

Although it varies from team to team, in general there is work life balance, and the work culture is good. The usual standard facilities like food at the office, and cab services are available. The additional benefits like mobile phone reimbursement, fitness reimbursement are okay as well. There is a general sense of belonging to the company due to the satisfactory culture.

Dislikes

Promotions after IN3/4 are usually slow. Compared to other Tier 1 tech companies, the compensation is generally a bit lesser. The primary goal isn't Engineering Excellence but tech is more of a retail-enabler.
