Cwreer growth is slow with no real discussion around promotions or what has to be done to grow in one's career.

The only thing I liked about Walmart Labs is their array of benefits and the opportunity to work with data at scale.

...f internal politics which doesnmt guve you any leeway to grow professionally. There’s no pay parity. People who have joined at the same level a year later than me have landed almost 30% more pay.

Due to the massive rush to increase the head count, the quality of people being selected from the interviews are poor. This is applicable at all levels from developers, to architects to managerial positions.

Lack of work ethics. Manager doesn't care about benefiting walmart.. they are just busy pleasing their seniors. Most often we were doing task which is totally useless from Company point of view but asking question were discouraged.
