Everything was OK and job profile is also goods but the behaviour and the ways of taking ours senior is not good, they also show infornt of any one to below himself. The high level management was not good. they did not taken action on situation himself. The HR Principle not followed by the company and also supports old workers. They also founded wrong activities in all ways. But company support him agains all rule and regulations. Its a italian company and running by Indian but high level management done by Italian and company level management done by Indian person so they also take advantage and doing as well as. That time after me, there was 25 plus person leave this company high to low category employees.

High quality products and has a global client base.As a result ,I get to travel abroad especially to the Italy,Singapore and Dubai.Another plus point is that my colleague come from various cultural background and we work in collaboration

The work pressure is very high and growth is very slow
