The manager I worked was very nice. Work culture used to be a little flexible but not anymore.

...f on Saturday. 2. Almost 30 out of 80 people were laid off for cost cutting. 3. Salary credits after 15th of every month. But for 3 months I haven't received my salary at all yet. 4. No organised way of working. The work we do here is so inefficient that you'll find it difficult to switch to a next company with this knowledge. 5. No benefits apart from salary (Nothing at all). 6. 3 out of 5 product teams are completely filled with office politics. 7. HR policies are the worst. Leaves are neither carry forwarded to next financial year not encashable. 8. Too much micro management. There is a tool called insights which is used to track the complete history of employees activities in the computer. Active time of 200 hours is compulsory. If you leave computer even for 3 minutes, it is not counted in active time.

never pay salary on time work and personal life can not balance never appreciate employee's work always deduct some amount of salary frequently, very poor management

My team lead is very good. And he handles the bad management of a company.

...od they changed the policies as like you change the cloths. They cut you leaves. Also salary credits is done on mid of next months. There is no chances of technically grow in this company.

The companies open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable highly quality products and has a national client base.

Dislikes

This company is good for freshers. Compensation is descend but growth is slow. Seniors lose value after hiring new team member.

Culture was one of the points in the past but it has deteriorated severly. The company is short of funding and the products aren't earning due to which they aren't retaining the employees nor giving increments.
