In the initial years the company was a delightful work place, with great products, however frequent change in leadership and office politics at Germany resulted in work culture being ruined, leading to several exits.

Nothing as such but sometimes one sees a few team members trying to gossip and create office politics which is not good for company culture and such colleagues need to be spoken to and desisted from such activities
