There is a lot of politics & have to continue with 100% accuracy, salary is not attractive. Timing is strict but you have to complete your job 100% before leaving. Canteen facility is not available.

...he management is transparent. Company policies are good, job security is secure. No salary cut in pandemic situation and they give good salary hike and bonus.

The management doesn't address our issues many of times. Salary is not industry level and career growth is too slow. They don't give yearly salary hike.

If you are in contractual payroll in waldies, Then be careful, you are going to treat as a 3rd person. No one will value your opinion, they will alaways remembers that you don't have any value and they will not give proper appointment letter and offer letter too. One of the the contractor Lock and Safe is not provide the ESIC and PF from the joining date. Company also don't give the facility of ESIC and PF from the joining date. They used to give the facility after 6 months working. The behaviour of HR and Assistant HR is too much lethal towards the employee and contractual employee.
