...ches. "Toxic management", doesn't bother about employees working under them. Not getting salary on time, has to forget about promotion. There is no system at branch office, management expects employees to do all works from engieer to labour, postman delivery boy etc etc

This company is a great platform for learning. They have customers like isro, drdo, Navy who provides orders of rockets, Satellite launching vehicles, rocket launchers and many more. This enhances our skills and knowledge to next level.

Dislikes

...astly.. their notice period is of 3 months. They won't make it less in any case. Even if you are ready to pay the amount they will not let you leave. This can also cause your next opportunity to miss or you end up leaving company without serving notice period and they will terminate you.

Likes

The best thing was learning and gaining experience. Got to work on the most critical jobs in aerospace segments. Direct contact with senior scientists from ISRO & DRDO.

Dislikes

Worst work culture. Company doesn't give salaries on time (gives half salary after two or three months) and this is happening most of the times from last 7 years. Management literally tortures workers and for that puts pressure on Production engineers (pressure is given only for torturing people. Not for production increase). Very high and destructive politics. Negligible increments or promotions. Starting salary was 10k and after 5 years salary was 13k. This happened to everyone that time. Increments happen only if you resign. Health policy was also terrible.

Cooperative staff Lot of opportunity to learn Company Quarters nearby only, so no tension of rent and travelling school ,bank, post, market, quarters everything nearby Quiet and pollution free place

...e the working habits sometimes you may feel left out of the outside city life. When i was there , lately there was a problem of delayed salary (Now the condition may be different)

The company provides ample opportunity to get hands on experience in project & site management activities. You are delegated competitive responsibilities along with the power to make decisions in those areas. Work environment is highly conducive for people with positive attitude, 3 yrs of working here is equivalent to 6 yrs of working somewhere else. This company is a perfect launch pad for project engineers, who are pursuing bigger roles in future.
