Nothing as such comes to my mind, but as the work pace was fast you had to be working hard to deliver such an environment brings out the best in you and helps you learn a lot.

The flexibility and autonomy I have in my role are what I value the most, the company trusts its employees to take the lead on projects and that trust goes long way in making me feel valued and motivated.

Dislikes

Balancing multiple projects can be tricky, espicially when they all demand high standards and quick outcomes, although thats an integral part of the growth and learning process and improve oneself in career.

I appreciate the supportive work environment at wakeflo. My teammates are not just smart but also very friendly and approachable and always ready to help out! Its a great place to learn and grow and learn because people genuinely care about your development.

The fast pace means theres always a lot to do, which can be a bit overwhelming at times.

The best part of working here is team spirit. Every one is coloborating towards the same goal, and it feels good to be part of something bigger. The hands on experience with startup environment and new challenges is pushing me grow in my career.

The steep learning curve can be challenging but its also what makes the work exciting.

What stands out for me is the collaborative culture. There's a real sense of community, and people are always ready to collaborate and help each other out. Plus being able to work on ground breaking projects is increadibly rewarding.

Keeping up with the fast pace is definitely a challenge. Its exciting but also requires you to be constantly learning and adapting.
