No Professional Language used for meetings communication. I have worked for 4 years in and out and still for 0 rewards for my hard work. Please make sure you are mentally ready for all this drama

In the process excellence team I learnt a lot from my reporting boss. He believes on our team and give us a opportunity to showcase our talent by time to time.

There is too much perciality and salary discrepancy I found in same post there should be same structure of salary but the incriment and salary depending how you oiling your warehouse manager. This is a serious call for Manegement to take this as per everyone performance. But there only old school politics running there....

No fix working hours you have to work 14-15 per day You have to work 365 day even national holiday You don't take leave on Saturday and Sunday. Your weekly off between Monday to Friday.

People here are worst in top management. Some of collegues are good. Micro management peeks here l. You will have to report everybody. RM ASM GM Retail head everybody says different things. Ratings are given by existing employee so dont trust them You may be asked to leave even before completing 1 year.
