The senior management is the worst in terms of creating a great culture. Focus on quantity over quality and real impact. Micro management and lack of trust. HR is also clueless and has no engagement with team

No specific working hours, No guidance, false promises, no resources and support provided to complete task, unrealistic demands and plans, unrealistic expectations to complete task, very abusive leadership team (my reporting manager was Gagandeep Nagra)a terrible manager, very insulting and abusive nature, colleagues will call and complain about all sort of issues when it comes time to speak up no one say anything, no specific Job description you will be asked to do all sorts of jobs not related to your profile.

Extremely fickle senior management - there is absolutely no consistency on strategic organisational goals! They change quarterly! Can be frustrating!

Poor work culture like a govt office, no work-life balance, they call & asked to work in mid nights 1-2 am or early mornings 4-5 am. Management guys are rude, don't listen to anything, just give orders & also they use sarcastic language and personal comments. After chasing continuous 2 months with HR, they have done a final settlement but that too was not paid for the notice period, without any reason they have deducted salary.
