- You need to work with the Government which has some drawbacks

You might get a work life balance if you are a software engineer

They keep changing policies every two hours so one day you shift cities and then next day you go back, you might think you’d be getting an appraisal, the next moment they change the policy to next year

Founding donors are great unfortunately they have chosen very toxic management

- the culture have set the benchmark of toxicity - nepotism, favouritism, confusion, unfairness, gossip and bad blood is rampant across the organization - CEO is a real life psychopath and evil, which means he will seem super helpful and great untill you find yourself in a very painful situation and this is a regular phenomena. That's the the attrition for critical roles is very high here - management fakes everything from reporting to donors to making progress update to their own team members - overall, an extremely dangerous place if you had bad mental health in the past - very damaging to the career of people who have left too late

The projects concepts are good, AI team is excellent.

Dislikes

Lots of politics, favouritism, gender inequality. The rules are different for different people. There is no process for promotion and appraisal. Hardworking people are not valued, the only skills valued are PR and sycophancy People in engineering, ML, programs and Solutions mostly come with good intentions but they are not allowed to work, the decisions are forced top down or by the favorites of the leadership team without any logical reason. There is no impact of any solution so far. This is not the place you want to work, it has terrible management.
