Salary is average, can say not so bad. Hike is just higher than many service based companies maybe. But always single digit. Work Life Balance is good and it’s very flexible as well. No compromise with company culture too.

Dislikes

Learning is kind of stagnant, again that depends on the project. Hikes could be little higher. Promotions, Recognition could be a little more justified.

Company is good, but the management needs to think on some areas

Dislikes

The management ask to do overtime and there is no extra money of overtime. They give Compensation rest if one is doing extra 10 hrs duty. It is difficult to work extra 10 hrs for 1 rest only. Previously the extra hrs was 2 then became 4, 6, 8 and lastly 10 extra hrs. There is no policy there regarding overtime. They do things and change policies according to there benifits.

Importance will be given all the employees.

Dislikes

Salary is not par with bangalore market. Location is not in a convenient spot place. Going to office itself will be a task for people travelling from east and south Bangalore

It has the brand tag of General Electric. Lots to learn here. Constant interaction with the global team.

Dislikes

Salary is very less, especially for beginners. Have to work outside work hours, especially in supply chain.

Politics determines promotion, recognition, salary increases. If this amount of energy is spent constructively we'd have super duper products Meet expectations rating means sub par increments.
