...ironment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company police are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonous every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow .there is a bond of 2years before which is not given to new joiness

...years and I'm very much happy with work culture. But the management is very bad. They won't reply to our mails if we have any concerns on behalf of salary or anything. You always have to be behind them they are the HR team and they really not serious about the employees. Apart from this I had a great time in the company.

Dislikes

...ything is good except that the management doesn't care if you have any concerns. They won't send a prior email if the salary will be delayed or they won't give proper induction about the company in the time your joining the company.

It was very great experience with working with aasaanjobs. I was completely done my 4.5 years in this company. I am very thankful to give me a chance to anhance my skill. & Give help me with my better version.

There is no negative feedback from side. I learn lots of things from this company. All co worker are good & very helpful. It's was very amazing journey with aasaanjobs.

A very nice friendly environment .and I loved working with Aasaan job. and I have learned how to tackle the challenges at the maturity level. and very thankful to Aasaan job they have given me a good platform to explore my self.

The only reason put me back from Aasan jobs was the partiality done by some of the senior's

It makes one work like a log. Has no time for growth and development. Working here means giving up ones life completely.

Dislikes

You are made to work 12-13 hours straight in a day without overtime. Dealing with clients on call even on your work off. No value for ones unique strength. No job training, you would be told what to do and what not in one day and from the next day its all up to you how to work.
