I have worked in Aasaanjobs for past 1.5 years and I'm very much happy with work culture. But the management is very bad. They won't reply to our mails if we have any concerns on behalf of salary or anything. You always have to be behind them they are the HR team and they really not serious about the employees. Apart from this I had a great time in the company.

Everything is good except that the management doesn't care if you have any concerns. They won't send a prior email if the salary will be delayed or they won't give proper induction about the company in the time your joining the company.

Work Details

I had great experience in the time of my employement. There will be a lot of learning happening. You can be flexible. The employees are friendly in nature and if your performing you'll have good recognition there.
