There are very few things which I personally like about company, good salary, prompt on time salary, good benefits, supportive HR.

Dislikes

Appraisals will be given to only employees who are favorites No work satisfaction because job portal will be only given to employees who are favorites. very toxic culture. If you can roam around operations head, managers, team lead then you are good employee other you are a**h**e If you are joining W3 please be ready for all this otherwise I will advice this place is not for you. If you find some one working in w3 for more then a years either he is good with the work or he is licker.

Great place to work, excellent work-life balance, good pay and extraordinary bonus and incentives.

Dislikes

Not much to dislike. If you are work oriented and deliver the expected results, you will love the place. But the office culture could with a quarterly team outing or dinner.

I only like the tools they provide for recruitment. Most of the companies does not provide almost most of the tools to support their recruitment vertical.

Dislikes

They don’t provide good salary, they always negotiate to work on less salary from your current CTC. HR management or persons are poor in providing any information and if you leave the company they will not provide relieving letter and other documents on time. As per their company norms, from the date you resign you have to complete 15 days notice (it is good) but after completing your notice you have to wait for next 60 days to get your relieving or other documents. Even after 60 days they don’t provide easily, you have to keep asking them for it. Pathetic work culture and process ☹️

They give good salary and they give good incentives.

But their office politics are un imaginable and also they remove you with 3 Months of joining in the office and they will torture you like anything.. you don't even respect your feelings or your personals .

...Your quarterly bonus will be delayed by 3 months and annual bonus by 6 months. 4) No salary hike on promotion. 5) No flexibility to work from home.
