The environment is toxic, as well as the work culture they have, there is no work and life balance and also the team leader i had was manipulative and use to take my creadit. They say that working hr are flexible but i used to work 12hr a day as well.

They are just fraud and always does the politics in the office. They are the best fraud in the market.

Dislikes

Workers are pressurised to work more that 9:5 hours daily without any overtime compensation(Note there is only 30 min break included). There is no Yearly Bonus They do breach the 48 hours working limit in a week imposed by the government There is no facility to carry forward your monthly CL to next month. The New HR over here is so arrogant that she/he does not support the workers at all. There is so much politics done here in office and you will be amazed to know that this is all backed by their owners and some chamchas of theirs.

There are good opportunities for freshers.

Dislikes

...a lot politics and the management doesn’t want to share their duties or place. There is not fixed criteria or rule of deduction of salary and even did not have fix date.

I disliked 2 things which I really disliked first is long time night shift and the second is salary. Sometimes salary did not come on time.
