... which will be given to each employee 1/ per month upon completion of probation. They have quarterly bonus and quarterly reviews which they merely dont increase even if you work. Basically u can’t committe to your family or your friends that on this day at this particular time you will be free. U can’t plan anything. I would suggest think before u join here

...to work on different types of projects and learn various researching techniques. Good pay compared to market standards.

Dislikes

Firstly, very slow response after interview. Toxic work culture with frequent humiliation - after you are confirmed. Probation period can prolong based on your performance review done by your peers/seniors. There is a 2 year bond for Research Associates which they won't tell you while joining, only at time of confirmation. Won't tell you that the timings are actually from 1pm tp 10pm, which goes upto 3am when you have a deliverable to finish.

Dislikes

No work life balance. No importance to personal life and family. Just target 🎯 target and Target. Only a few handful of people are given recognition and these handful of people play tremendous politics to increase the gaps between the manager and reportee.
