There is no professional manner in HR team, Shwetraj is HR team person communication with employee was very poor. HR team not replies to mail. Employment release time they behave unprofessional.

...ent ending time they ignoring everything, They don't care about leaving time.. Without reason they can terminate the employee and for salary purpose they given thousands reason

Job security is there. Appraisals even in pandemic also. Many opportunities to learn & skill development. The manager & teammates are supportive.

Dislikes

After the appraisal, we get incremented salary after 6 months with arrears. Allowed Leaves are less as compared to other organizations. Company policies are pathetic. (Salary during Maternity leaves & notice period) Response time is huge. You have to keep taking follow-ups. You might get a response if you are lucky. No transparency between the procedures. (Notice period/ HR Policies) Sometimes, Saturdays are also working but we get comp off for that.

It is good platform to develope your carrier. You can learn lots of thing than MNC.

...and mumbai. So b ready to travel to this place though ur base location is pune. They will pay extra if u travel .

Salary gets credited on time. Minimal management interference.

... efforts. Appraisal are not discussed, whatever manager feels is full and final. Major policy changes regarding salary, appraisal or anything that concerns you is done without any prior intimation. Intimation is given when things are changed.

They put you in difficult situation so you will learn how to tackle this. Extreme level of stress. Fake commitment so you learn not to trust on anyone.

...usiness head then you will get good promotion and hike. The worst is there bond. They stress and pressurize you on that level so employee can break bond to save his life and pay the money. They don't afraid of labour law. Many cases going on. Many ppl gone through mental toucher. If ppl do absconding then in next job They mail company about moonlighting by sending few bucks in your account. It's trap. Shameless management. Stay at home. Stay Clam but don't join Vyom labs. If you already join then be careful.before sign any document read every line if possible take expert lawyer opinion on that document. Beacuse they r good in stilling money an destroying feature /career of others
