Company Is like own government. Own rules and regulation. No any salary or employee banefits. I suggest everyone please do not join this company. All employees are just 10th to 12th pass. And everyone have an attitude like they are owner of the company. Very stongly if you are going for bad career in your life then go for vyara tiles. I strongly suggest that if you dont have any opportunity then you stay home and find much batter but dont join this vyara tiles.

I still work in this company and we face many problems but we solved it very quickly and this company is very good like salary wise experience wise and we can learn so many new things by facing problems. company director mr.mehul Jain is a very kind person that he listen every person's problem either he is manager or a labour or a supervisor each and every person and give a solution to them.
