Pay is too low for the effort we put on. Your work place will be changed often. Doesn't have proper dinning and no cafeteria available.

My team members taught me well. They will provide work from home in case employees are not able to come to office due to any difficulties. No strict dress code. There was nothing else likeable about the company. Valsaravakkam Office, WFO Mode.

Dislikes

Meaningless salary structure (it didn't comply to any government norms) , No practice of issuing salary slips, salary will be credited to employees only on the 10th day of the next month (Net 40 payment). Employees are poorly paid. They did not provide PF and ESI in the initial months. No proper appraisal system in place(vaguely conveyed to joiners) . Superiors interact with subordinates in a very unprofessional way. No proper training program for freshers. No proper working culture or system in place, they keep changing the system of working. Not at all recommended.

... for the freshers and experienced one can look to settled into the organisation. Everything is good, apart from salary increment and yearly compensation.

...and the needs of the employees and provide meaningful support whenever required.Moreover, receiving our salary on time further adds to the positive experience of working here. I am so satisfied with my time spent here that I would eagerly consider rejoining despite it being a relatively short span.

Sometimes in fast-paced environments, miscommunication can happen, or there might not be enough transparency from leadership, which can make it harder to stay aligned on goals or expectations.
