QUOTAS SET TOO HIGH. LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY FOR SALES MANAGERS AND REPS WHO PRACTICE UNSCRUPULOUS SALES TACTICS. UPPER MANAGEMENT DOESN’T CARE ABOUT REPS.

I work in customer support so it's easy for me my loggin and logout time are 4-1 to the dot no extension Very minimal targets Friendly work place But AR teams suffers a lot they work 24/7

You want to do more than quality work have to make sure your face is known to people to get promoted Small office politics They are asking to come to office very often now pandemic is over It's very far from city

No appraisal no benefits,people who are More than 7 years of experienced they behave so rudely to others and lot of politics will be there,,,if your are selected in bid and quotes team please ask HR to change the team,,,worst team I ever saw in my work experience,, especially that 4 people who manage the team

Leadership is not good. Leadership will target you for no reason and make you to resign due to the pressure they give. So much of attitude and improper behaviour towards the associates. You cannot learn anything from this company. No learning atmosphere and leadership is worst.
