Facilities provided by the company like free cab and canteen is good, but Cab is not available when we become late or after 8. Nothing to like about the company.

zero work life balance, Salary is very low If you joined as a fresher 3 year bond is there, if you break the bond then we need to pay full amount (pay 2lakhs rupees even if you are leaving after 2nd year also) for experience certificate

... ones who are most inactive, so their appraisal has also not been done properly. The salary of those employees who don't earn anything is also good People who are working for 4 years, their salary is 15 or 16 thousand rupees and people who are working for 2 years, their salary is 20,000 rupees in hand

...very bad situation, No hygiene. - No health Insurance benifits from the company. Health insurance will deduct from the salary. - No deewali/Annual bonus. Not even Single son-papdi box on the occasion of Diwali. - you need to fight for leave - current month salary will credit on 5th day of next month .(Not month end).
