It's a good company to start your career and VVDN provides equal opportunities for girls and boys to grow and I love this about VVDN

VVDN is quite good but I am not satisfied with the salary also with the night shifts for girls

...you think 15000 CTC is sufficient to you then only you agreed to your decision. In Vvdn if 15000 ctc per month they are saying then your in-hand salary will be 8 or 9000 ruppess.

Company policies are good and as well as environmental & culture of company also nice.salery is come in accoumt time to time .

No any bonus and diwali special gift facilities per year compare to other company and according to food test more then charges(Rs.)per plate .
