...you think 15000 CTC is sufficient to you then only you agreed to your decision. In Vvdn if 15000 ctc per month they are saying then your in-hand salary will be 8 or 9000 ruppess.

You will be the sole person handling your responsibilities so you there is enough room for self improvement.

Dislikes

Compensation is mere decent while one will always be overburdened with work. No recognition / appreciation policy is there so in the end all the efforts will go in vain. Also, there is no process or zero management so no room to share your grievance or get something satisfactory.
