I can definitely say that my knowledge in the procurement department today is because of the work I learned here at V V PRIME SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED and I worked closely with management who supported me in every step of learning. where I stand now and can say my career grew with the company day by day. As every day is a fresh day and lot more to learn.I am glad because it brings out the best in me. I Have really gotten better since I am here.

To be honest. It is the worst place to work in. They can fire you without a proper reason at any time ! And guess what? They won’t even pay you properly. Then will be paying in gpay sometimes and phonepe sometimes and very rarely to your back account!! So if i need to give rating to this workspace i would choose -9 !! Claps !!! Prefer not to work there if you get a chance.

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
