Worst company culture, no bonus, no hike, no PF, no medical insurance It is a family business so don't expect much here. Devita Saraf thinks something big about herself but everyone knows how the company is, there are no maternity leaves for women and she talks about women empowerment! Rajiv Dhingra worst HR that I have ever met in my entire career of 14years.

...company. Almost 100 up employees were asked to put resignation on the same time. No Provident fund, no bonus, no medical claim, no paid leaves. Employee bulling each other. Company doesn't even have culture.

...ng the they want someone like me, offering me 80% hike, what happened back then? do not join, they made a pregnant lady leave just so they could have her salary during her maternity

...efits(pf, Mediclaim, bonus, increment and so on) No professional work No growth Most important no increment, they will do revised salary in every 3 years with only Rs.2000 in per month which is worst thing ever. Big culprits is higher and older employees, they are been more than 30 years because of the comfertzone and scams. No labour law and HR policy, HR will work as per director Saraf instructions which is horrible. So many dislike.. Don't join this worst company

At the end of the month salary comes at daily basis travelling expenses are been carried by the company Overtime is not been carried Work time is given by our wages
