The company is a Birla Group of companies. Job security is the primary positive area in this company. Friendly working environment.

Unlike modern companies it is a traditional company. No much opportunity of growth & and career development

Till the change of top management in last July, it was a company which encourages new technical skill development ,provides ample freedom and maintains a healthy atmosphere in workplace. Though it pays little less, by policy, it encourages young engineers to continue to study further and learn and handle costly equipment like signal source analyser, 30 GHz spectrum analysers , simulation tools etc .

Dislikes

After the last year change in top management, company has taken a short term view and only focuses on manufacturing of already developed products with little bit of cosmetic changes. No clearly visible long term plan on development of products three to five year down the line and fund is restricted for new development , R&D expansion etc.
