5) In this company salary structure there are many variables like BYOD(bring my own device),training budget,laptop,group medical insurance,Interest Subsidy car and home which is not clarify to employee during joining formality which is deducted from employee salary this come under VTEST policy which design by her only its biggest showoff

7) no social security benefit- PF Act practice once employee exit they are not contributed pf contribution of respective month for that exit employee all incorrect exit date is updated on portal even many times am asking CEO for ECR file but he is not responding only sharing one google link and ask join and ask how to download ECR statement it seems to CEO dnt know anything apart from that Priynka Taikar Hide internal things from him
7)Every time Priyanka Taikar looking for empathy of employees and telling all her personal problem regarding her sister divorce and family background and all is this correct people are coming for working not for listen her personal problem
8)there was one event Vtest Rave party disgusting event which i never see in my personal life
9)Am asking her petty cash process but she havnt implemented even she purchasing the glossary from market and keep extra bill as reimbursement in salary
10)As HR i have highlighted her many thing regarding PF but she is not agreed S and E Expire ,PF contribution not done for exit employees,income tax calculations are incorrect which is done by KEKA only but taikar not explained to employees in proper manner ,Even she dnt know Every organisation ID card is compulsory if employee is in emergency what he did what she tell open the keka and see emergency contact ever Priyanka Taikar is biggest blackmailer if any thing is happen your social media professional profile (LinkedIn) is in negative so you get trouble in finding new job
10) I left my settled job and join this worst company as culture is disgusting
11)CLRA audit not clear even she is not provided necessary documents during audit under S and E and CLRA act.
12)she told in induction work hours are Flexi but employees are working till 11 oclock @ night

I got new opportunities but with very low level improvement.
Dislikes
No cultural activities, no empathy towards the employee, less responsible to reply on time but expect to be perfect.
Overall experience is below average. Can't stay here for more than n year.
No proper FNF procedure, they just come up with new policies to deduct as much amount as possible.
No office environment or office ethics.
HR is available to create rules and regulations only.
Company Supports Nepotism, Favoritism, and supports their community. They have plotted some of their favorite employees to know the ground reality(in this that person tells gossip to the CEO) and the CEO puts personal grudges on that employee. CEO is very immature in these things. All the team leads and Manager are of their community and even if they are wrong in some sort they prove you wrong. This is not a company, this is a freelancing firm of their family that treats employees as submissive. CEO says don't work more than 8-9 hrs but if client asks to stretch he says follow what client said. Very double standard behavior. Be aware of this kind of organization.
Work culture, transperancy is amazing in this company. The work is not at all stressful. Flexible working hours .
Our CEO and colleagues are very supportive.
The projects we get are also very good. We get a lot learn
