...r weekly off. Appraisal is only for 1000/- to 2000/- max. Transport is not free. Salary is paid on 7 of every month. When you start asking question why etc thats it the Deputy managers will start to trouble you. When you have any concern & you speak to the HR, you will get 1 fixed answer We will get back to you.

...y manage all of us effectively. There's proper recognition and a sense of trust. I am satisfied with the salary too.

... way. Transparency in policies process and approach of people that are working. Salary on time hikes competitive. Equal Treatement there is and no use of the buttering or similar. Facility benefit are of modern type and you will finding them to be very very useful.

Salaries are consistently paid on time. Workloads very based on project urgencies and deadlines, but managers and team lead handle these situations effectively. The scope of work is balanced.

Company is doing good, and is progressing with time. Employees are well taken care of. so, no cons.
