There's nothing to like about the company as there's no transparency at all

Theres no job security they say salary date is on 7th, however never pay on time moreover they remove people without any investigation or validation also when it cones to appraisals they increase salary only for those who is on Favor too much bias

...r weekly off. Appraisal is only for 1000/- to 2000/- max. Transport is not free. Salary is paid on 7 of every month. When you start asking question why etc thats it the Deputy managers will start to trouble you. When you have any concern & you speak to the HR, you will get 1 fixed answer We will get back to you.

...y. Company offer cross-training and learning opportunities for those interested. Salaries are always paid on time. Besides, talking of our HR personnel, they are very cooperative, and follow a robust process. I definitely recommend it to anyone interested.
