Vsynergize is the best company to work in pune with the best package, cab facilities are good, management is also very good i failed many times to achieve my score still my senior supported me environment is also best i wish I could again get chance to work in VSO😘😘😘

...r weekly off. Appraisal is only for 1000/- to 2000/- max. Transport is not free. Salary is paid on 7 of every month. When you start asking question why etc thats it the Deputy managers will start to trouble you. When you have any concern & you speak to the HR, you will get 1 fixed answer We will get back to you.

... way. Transparency in policies process and approach of people that are working. Salary on time hikes competitive. Equal Treatement there is and no use of the buttering or similar. Facility benefit are of modern type and you will finding them to be very very useful.
