No job security Worst management Worst hr policies and hr management Worst company policies No encouragement for employees and no awards rewards and also no employees benifits Worst GM finance with no team spirit and encouragement for workers.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
