To convince Management for the ethics in Real estate is the biggest work in the company

Dislikes

Management never wants to work professionally and ethically. They dont pay balance salary once you leave the organisation and normally you loose 2-3 months salary after leaving the company( Lala culture). No job security, no place to work if you a professional
