The culture in the company is the worst. The work life balance is ZERO. They ask you to work on weekends regularly and give no extra salary or comp off for it. If you take a leave in a week, they make you work weekend saying that its your mistake that you took leave, the work needs to be completed. Thats absolutely stupid. They create dramas when anyone ask for a leave. They talk very rudely. No professionalism. If they dont like you, they make you resign by harassing the employees and by creating such situations that employees feel its better to resign then take the stress. working in vsplash is absolutely worst.

The work culture is worst. They will make you work like a slave without overtime pay. The average sift timing is 12 hours across the departments. The upper management is egotistic with zero brain 🧠. I remember they cancelled all the public holidays just because some of the TLs refused to work in night shift. Employee retention rate is extremely low because of their senseless policies and micromanagement. Due to low employee retention rate they changed the notice period from 2 months to 3 months. No bonuses, zero learning and poor appraisal is what you can expect. No matter how hardworking you are it, 10 percent appraisal is the limit. Director who oversees the content team can't even speak proper English. Content team trainer's English language skills are below average. All the content is created through ChatGpt and there is no room for creativity at all. If their client says "house" is a verb you have to accept it. In the name of writers they have typewriters rather prompt generators. Policies and style guide changes thrice every month. The company requires you to travel once a year to Hyderabad but does not pay for your travel expenses. In the name of accomodation, you get a biya hostel and only lunch is paid. DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Also don't pay attention to the some of the positive reviews because the management and HR make post a positive review and ask you to share screenshot.

I don't have an good experience with vsplash. No innovation and I worked with old technology which we couldn't improve skills.

Salary is very less when compared to work and hikes. And useless technologies and builder works.

Extremely toxic work culture, very unrealistic expectations, no support, no growth. Everyone knows that there is this one person who directly picks up people and make them suffer because the person has personal issues with them. Verbal lashing, personal insults, nothing is off the limit. Has no problem creating issues between colleagues to make them spy on each other. It’s insane!!!!
