Dislikes

Very poor work life balance. Company has credited salary in COVID phase but took every effort to take it back through deductions. Very much biased on regional basis.

Likes

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

This is the best company I have never seen as salary every month exactly last working day. Work freedom, to learn opportunity, as usual politics, but feel comfortable to work. I personally recommend to work in vsl

... life strictly. Team mates are ok, but they never recommend our work to seniors. Overall good place to work as I was getting salary in time for full 8yrs. Lucky company.

Good safety culture, Best Post tensioning & segment erection company, Best stay cable bridge contractor in India. Linked with VSL International hence providing european standard.

T-factor works. Good for Erection & Safety Engineer. Best for management position.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company politics are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
